Where we come from
We wrote a simple CMMS in DOS in 1992. Then in 1995 we saw the value in Datastream's MP2 product and obtained the agency for South Africa. Cyberstream has now represented Datastream (and now Infor) for many years and has extensive skills in all the EAM products.
Cyberstream focuses only on Infor10 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. We mirror the services provided by Infor to ensure enable clients reap the full benefits of their investment in Infor's superior EAM solutions.

Professional Services
Cyberstream provides Project Management, Installation, Configuration, Business Integration and Data Conversion services. We use a broad framework to cover all client needs. We are flexible in dividing the implementation activities between us and our clients. We jointly review the EAM functions, activities and timing of the project phases. Cyberstream focuses on transferring knowledge to our clients so that they are able to use Infor10 EAM to its full potential. And Cyberstream’s implementation team are involved in sales decisions resulting in a smooth transition from proposal to deployment.
Technical Support
Cyberstream provides full technical support on all Infor10 EAM products. Our proficiency in all Infor10 EAM products allows us to solve most of our client’s problems. Infor provides full technical backup for us from their European Technical Centre, located in Grenoble, France. The European office is in turn backed up by the software development team in Greenville, South Carolina.
Training
Cyberstream provides complete training for users of all skill levels. We have regular training in our classroom in Randburg, where users get away from the disruptions of their workplace. Or we can tailor courses to the client’s requirements and train your users on site.
Complementary Development
We have an in-house development team who have develop products to complement the features of Infor10 EAM. The products add functions such as venue booking and parking management.
